STORE POLICY

All formalwear is sold in our retail storefront only, we do not accept online orders. If our inventory includes a style you are looking to purchase please give us a call and we would be happy to help as best we can!

Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, deposit returns or store credit will be given for any reason.

  • It's SO Lola's is not responsible for any damages or concerns with formalwear once an item as left the store.

  • It's SO Lola's is not responsible and will not accept returns for gowns duplicated to your special event by other stores or websites. 

  • There are no returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits for cancelled events regardless of reason for cancellaiton.

Special Orders

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of special order.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.

  • You will be notified upon the arrival of your special order and asked to schedule and appointment for pick-up at that time. If you do not make an appt. at that time, it is the customer's responsibility to contact It's SO Lola's and arrange the pick up of special order item. 

Layaways

It's SO Lola's is pleased to offer a layaway program on all formal gowns.

  • A minimum layaway deposit  of $100 is required to begin a layaway

  • Payments must be made every 30 days after the initial deposit and must be paid in full within 12 weeks.

  • Dresses will remain in-store until final payment is completed.

  • If a customer fails to complete final payment by 12 weeks the layaway program will be cancelled and customer will forfeit all deposits previously made. 

  • If an event is cancelled the customer is still responsible for full payment of all items on layaway.

  • It's SO Lola's cannot offer returns, exchanges, refunds or store credits due to cancelled events.
